Making sense of Your Projects

Individuals can view and access all allocated projects and, within the project, view assigned team members, whereas project owners have access to member details, statistics, and timelines (as with teams). Each project given to an individual provides high-level project information, including team size and allocation and a basic timeline for the active phase.

Anyone can create or join projects, and a project owner will, however, need to approve the individual or new project before they are added, or the new project becomes active.

Remote Team Management

SenseFlow Teams allows you to manage teams of any size and configuration. Groups are created to group-specific people together, whether it’s based on location, skillset, role, or experience. This configuration allows you to add employees to multiple teams, if required, and gives them access to all associated information and metrics. 

Making sense of Your Teams

Creating and managing your Teams in SenseFlow is a quick and flexible process, giving you the power to decide what your teams look like and who becomes members.

Once a team is created and members are added, team owners have access to the valuable team and member metrics including member details, team statistics, and timeline.

Individuals can view team members and their badges.

Remote Activity Planning

Activity planning begins with outlining the structure of what projects entail. Activity planning aims to choose the right employees to solve those problems and achieve those deliverables in the best allocated time possible.

Your Teams and Your Projects

Access member details such as member hours, member data, member applications, and team productivity such as productive & unproductive hours, capacity & allocated, paid & unpaid, and confirmed & captured information as well as data usage.

What is Activity Planning?

On an individual level, members can view and access all the teams that they are assigned to. Each team has high-level metrics to visualize the capacity, captured hours, and productivity. SenseFlow can identify these metrics by using different colours to compare the various graphs displayed in each section.

Owners and team leads can assign or allocate projects to an individual based on their respective designations. Anyone can create or join projects. However, a project owner will need to approve the individual or new project before they are added or the new project becomes active.

The Your Time dashboard serves two functions:

  1. A central point for users to capture their time spent on specific tasks for assigned projects
  2. Provides the individual with valuable information such as member hours, member data, member applications, and team productivity such as productive & unproductive hours, capacity & allocated, paid & unpaid, confirmed & captured information, and total data usage.
