Teams Member Details

SenseFlow enriches any business with the tools to view and manage your employees

Team member details are where an organization can view and manage their teams. Categorized based on their positions in the company, you can add, assign and remove members. As well as view any badges they might have obtained during a certain period. Team member details will display basic information for each individual on a particular team. The way Team Details is laid out is as follows.

The members’ full name, email address, member badges, their level of operation in the organization, and their image.

1. Member summary

Once you’ve clicked on teams in the main menu at the top of the page, you will see a list of the teams you are a part of in the side menu, secondary tabs, a search bar, and team member information in cards.

Secondary tabs allow us to section out the data that SenseFlow allows us to capture and formulates it into different data visualised reports, in order for us to make sense of this data.

2. High-level metrics

It also shows the team's amount of time already captured by the team so far, and how productive the team has been for a certain time period.

3. How to join a team

SenseFlow provides a search bar in order for us to quickly and easily find team members. You can search or filter by name and surname, role, badges and level in the company.

4. How to Join a team

Just above the list of your teams, you have two buttons that allow you to join a team or create a team.

When you click on the ‘join team’ button, a form will be pulled up from the other side of the screen, which you’ll have to fill out.

A list of existing teams will be provided to you. You will then have to select the team you would like to join and wait for approval from the team lead.

5. How to create a team

Creating a team is very simple. Just above the list of your teams on the left side of your screen, you have two buttons that allow you to join a team or create a team.

When you click on the ‘Create Team’ button, a form will be pulled up from the other side of the screen, which you’ll have to fill out.

In the form, you’ll have to fill out the code and name of your team and wait for approval from a senior for your team to actually get created.

6. Team members

Your team members will take up the rest of the screen. Team members are displayed in cards with information such as their full name, role, level, their email address and the member badges they have accumulated.

How to navigate to Member details

Once you’ve clicked on teams in the main menu at the top of the page, secondary tabs, a search bar, and team member information in cards will appear on the screen. Click on details in the secondary menu.

Where can I find an overview of the High-level metrics of each team?

You can view teams you are assigned to on the left bar. Your team cards allow you to switch between teams and view their specific information. Team cards show you the number of members allocated / on the project. The allocation bar shows the number of hours allocated to the team members. The captured bar shows the hour's members captured on their journal entries. The productive bar shows the number of hours out of the captured hours the members were busy on productive tools.

How to view a member's details?

Members are displayed in cards where you'll find some information such as their full name, their role, their level, their email address, and the member badges they have accumulated.
