Teams Member Summary

When you have selected your team you will be provided with secondary tabs where you’ll see the different sections categorized by the different tabs. Individuals can view and access all the teams they are assigned to. Each team has high-level metrics to visualize the capacity, captured hours, and productivity.

The selected team will be highlighted. The team view selected presents the individual with their team member card and simplified card for their team members. Basic team member information is shown to non-owner members. Team owners have access to member details, team statistics, and timeline at the top of the page.

1. Where to find Member Detail

Within SenseFlow you, the project owners and team members will be able to find and view the team member summary within the team member summary section under details. It gives you the chance to see your team's members.

2. Team Member Cards

Each member in a team is displayed on simple displayed member cards. Member cards help you get a quick overview of the member information such as the member’s role, level, email address, badges earned, employment period and time allocated.

How to find the team summary?

Once you have clicked on a specific team, a secondary menu will appear below it and you will see that you would have landed on the team summary.

How to join a team?

In the team summary section, you will find two buttons above the list of the teams you are allocated to, you will have to click the 'join team' button which will allow you to join a team.

When you click on the 'Join team' button, a form will appear on the right side of the screen where you will be provided with a drop-down list of other existing teams you wish to join. Once that is done the main admin member will have to give them full access to the team which will appear on the left side with the rest of the other teams.

How to find the teams you are allocated to?

Once you have clicked on teams in the top main menu, the teams you have been allocated to will appear as a list on the left side of the screen. The teams will appear as cards that show high-level metrics of the progress and performance of a team, as well as the capacity of each team.

How to create a team?

In the team summary section, you will find two buttons above the list of the teams you are allocated to, you will have to click the 'create team' button which will allow you to create a team.

When you click on the 'Create team' button, a form will appear on the right side of the screen where you will need to fill out the necessary details in order to create the team. Once that is done the main admin member will have to approve the team you have created in order to activate it.

How to find a specific team member?

SenseFlow provides you with a search bar which you can 'click' to 'type' a specific team member's name OR click the drop-down arrow in the search bar to find more options to filter or search by.
